I rarely write reviews, but this time I felt I truly should. I brought my Kia Carnival to Regal Repair, and from the very beginning I knew I was in the right place. Hayk, the owner, is one of those people you immediately trust. He explained everything clearly, helped with the insurance process, and stayed in touch the whole time. I was on vacation & needed to get back home when my car wouldn't start. I called Regal & Hayk said they could take a look at it. So, I had it towed to his shop. He diagnosed it, ordered the part & by the late afternoon, was on my way back home! Thank U Hayk & his staff for all ur help!
