Regal installed a pool for me but unfortunately everything was not up to code. I needed to add additional equipment for another purpose, but it turns out a chiller was installed in a location that violated code so I could not proceed with my project until that was remedied. I spoke with the owner (Edwin) who promised to get back to me. I sent him a picture of the violation with the inspector's note as requested. I left him messages and he never called me back. Dustin made the whole pool-building process so much easier than we expected. He was always quick to respond. He kept everything moving, despite all the rainy weather. And he made sure things were done the right way from beginning to end. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers. We absolutely love our pool and are so thankful Dustin managed our project.

With Regal Pools we build a carport and poolside veranda. Regal pools designed & built both structures so that the looked just like the rest of our home while complimenting the look and feel of the surrounding backyard and pool area.
