Straight up thieves, paid a deposit than vanished. Watch out they will start up another company.
This company has gone bankrupt! With no notification to customers except to take their money. I don’t even have a plan/sketch of my pool to give to another pool builder! No engineer drawings. Some receipts not given for money paid. Shocking!!! I’m left with a concrete shell and no one to finish it. Alan the owner has disappeared. Nice one.
