I was given an estimate of $800.00 for the same water heater that a friend paid $750.00 for. I was good with that as I was buying local. When the invoice came, it was for $1100.00, and absolutely nothing had changed from the work that would be performed to the actual heater to be installed. I would NEVER use this company again, unless it was an extreme emergency and nobody else was available, in short a last resort of last resort's.
