Great company and great customer service!! I bought a resonably priced Hercules pergola cover system and was helped by both Jordan See and Tim Robison, and they arranged for a local company (Outlast Design & Build) to come install it. The materials were hand delivered with care, all the way from Texas. I ordered and had the Hercules system shipped to Pennsylvania and after seeing it on social media. My contact at the company was Jordan who was great to work with, very professional and answered any questions I had. My Dad and I installed it ourselves and it went very smooth. Only thing I think they could improve would be where the trim meets at the corners. I ended up notching the flute covers slightly which I think made it look a bit cleaner. Great product. We love our Pergola. Harley has been a great project manager for us. When we had a couple of leaks, they were fixed, no problem. Julian did an outstanding job fixing our leaks and doing a thorough inspection and touch up. Both are outstanding employees with great service.
