We were so disappointed with the rudeness of the manager. She told us last minute they could not board our dog bc she was in heat. If this is their policy then why was she allowed last time because they needed the money or what?! Frustrated past customer!!
We boarded our dog here when our normal place was full. I would never do it again. Dropping her off we felt like we were walking the green mile through the kennels. We paid for some of the extra stuff but you have no way of knowing they really do any of it. When we picked our dog up she seemed completely defeated, dejected and sad. they are rude and disrespectful to customers over the phone. they lose stuff. they believe their employees over the customers. when you try to talk to someone one they don't give you the chance to talk, and when you do get a chance to talk they cut you off. will never bring my dog back. even if it's the last kennel on earth

They treat my dogs as though they (the dogs) are not rotten, spoiled, 75 pound goofs - which they are. I have only once used another kennel when I travel - never again. Thanks for your kindness.
Our pets have been going to Regal since they opened. They have taken excellent care of our fur babies and we never worry about them when they are at Regal! ❤️🐾
One of the finest places I’ve ever worked! There is one priority, and that is the health, safety, and happiness of all of the dogs and cats entrusted to Regal! The staff and management are A-1, and that goes double for the owner! I would encourage younger people in need of a job to check out Regal! It is VERY fast paced, and requires the stamina of youth. The rewards of this job are many, and if you love fur babies, this might just be most rewarding job you’ll ever find!
