I do not recommend this place. I have been here twice. I booked thru their online system, but they had my booking wrong both times. The first time, they had me in the wrong time. The last time, I booked mani pedi shellac combo. They thought I booked an acrylic set and pedi. I ended up with hand nails trimmed to the bed. Ok, no big deal, I am not in pain and they don’t look that bad. The last straw is that the tech broke my skin filing my toe nails. Had the worst experience here. It was my first time visiting, and after reading the positive reviews, I thought I’d give this place a try. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The service felt extremely rushed, and the nail technician was rough throughout the appointment. I told her I didn’t like the shellac colour, but instead of offering to change it, she simply said, “Don’t worry, it’s beautiful.” My nails weren’t shaped properly, and even my toenails were uneven and not aligned. One of the best nail technicians I've ever been to! Trish is absolutely amazing, and I wouldn't change her for anyone. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the establishment itself. The pedicure chairs are in terrible condition. They've had pillows covering the broken parts for what feels like over a year, and it makes you wonder how often those pillows are even cleaned.
