Lannie so unprofessional, ruuudeee, bad attitude, don’t answer your questions she just wants money. I would rate “0” to this lady. Never again in this place
I saw the only staff working there this morning leave the Walmart bathroom without washing her hands and go back in to the salon where she proceeded to take a call a minute later. Luckily no clients in there right now. Disgusting.
This place is a JOKE. Came in for a pedicure and left with sore feet, ugly polish, and a raging headache from dealing with the most miserable staff I’ve ever encountered. The techs were rough to the point of painful, didn’t listen when I said they were hurting me, and had to redo the polish multiple times because they couldn’t get it right. The manager? Straight-up rude and couldn’t care less. Never coming back. Total waste of time and money.
I came here for a simple pedicure, and it turned into a total nightmare. First off, the manager was incredibly rude the moment I walked in. No greeting, no smile—just a nasty attitude like I was already a problem. Not sure what their issue was, but professionalism clearly isn’t a priority here. The pedicure itself was HORRIBLE. I would definitely give 0 star to this place. Lady (Lanne) she is very rude and unprofessional. She has weird attitude towards customers. If you want to save your money and time don't go there
