Service here is terrible, pretty shocked at how bad this place is!
The work was ok except they did not fix the one side of my big toe. It was painful and I thought it would settle down/ stop hurting but it didn't. I went back to get out fixed and they not only refused but also were making allegations that I was never there. I've been going there for years.
Ha is the best. I have been seeing her for about 4 years now and she does the best pedicure I have ever had. I've tried other places when others wanted to go and we were too far from regal and always left so disappointed. Compared to other salons for the same price you get just a better pedicure overall. They use great products and really care about doing a good job. You are not just another customer. I went first time to get my nails done from this salon. Very unprofessional behaviour of the technicians. I went with my friend she asked to remove her old nail extensions as they were ruined already but the artist insisted that they were in good condition and she can refill those when she was doing the process my friend asked them tht the base of the fake nails was not alligned but they started talking to each other in their own language we felt like we were insulted. I wanted to share a warning about this location. For someone to be considered a “professional” they should be knowledgeable enough to know that you should not be putting gel nail polish on anyone under 12 years old due to chemicals and developing immune system but I guess the few dollars extra that are charged is enough to ignore this dangers. Irresponsible technicians.
