Went for a pedicure and I expected to pay the price listed on their price board. The person who did the pedicure wore soggy gloves the entire time. He never asked if I wanted upgrades. He rubbed lotion on my legs with his soggy gloves. When it was over, the cost was over $40 and he stood next to me with a posture like was expecting a tip. I had even brought my own polish! I paid what he told me and never went back again. Oh, and regal nails - a canned response to these reviews is not the answer.

I had been coming here consistently for about six months. The first visit and next few visits were nothing to write home about. The tech was working on two people at once, which wasn’t great but the price was okay for what I got and my nails turned out fine. One of the more notable visits, she was rushing me, dismissing me, and working on multiple people at once, again. The lady did an amazing job removing my last set and putting the new ones on and was a reasonable price for getting a set off and a new one put on.
