Kim is the absolute best, never disappoints and always smiling! Every one that works there is just as nice but Kim won my heart ❤️
I live in Naples, I come to Winter Haven every 3 weeks and it is a must that I come here to get my mani&pedi from ROSA. She is gentle, patient, and loves what she does. I enjoy myself and the relaxation every time I come here. Keep it up ladies.
