I can’t say enough good things about UT! She is truly incredible at what she does. I have gotten my nails done by her 3-4 times now, and every single time she exceeds my expectations. I have always had a great experience getting my nails done for years at Regal Nails now, but this time it was a bad experience getting my acrylic nails removed. The man who did them was very rough and rushed and the removal was painful. He seemed to be rushing me about which colour I wanted to pick to get a shellac manicure after removal. My experience here was so so bad. NEVER come here. Maybe its just this location but everything was wrong. First of all, once i got there, they didnt understand anything i was saying, and I was speaing in clear english. After a while, they found out what I wanted and told me that it was 75 dollars. i sat down and they all started talking so loud and in a judgmental voice about me, in their native language.
