Came here on my birthday 8/28 to get a basic French mani and pedi. First off the guy never asked me what package I wanted for my pedi, my friend came with me and got her nails and feet done as well, we purchased the same package, the lady that did hers did everything she was supposed to. The guy that did mine put a scrub on and then immediately washed it off and put a hot towel on and was done, after getting my nails done they charged me $145 for a basic French mani and pedi. I wanted to give this a 2.5 rating. When it comes to the quality of acrylic nails and pedicures, I have always had a great experience. But what I cannot deal with is the constant rude looks that I get from a specific worker who does not do nails. I usually do not let these things get to me but how could I not when I see customers of fairer skin tone walking in for service and she gives them proper treatment with a better attitude?? Decided to stop by last minute for myself and my daughter to get old anc removed and new added. My daughter also got tips. They are very thorough and made sure the nails were even, smooth and that we liked them. They treated us very well.
