I got there a little hesitant, due to reviews! True, it is cluttered, i give you that! I am picky wirh my nails! I lije rgm long and thin! I did tell them what I wanted, at frst a very nice lady, Mary, helped me. Then Kathy took over and did a superb job! She was gentle and nice! I got an eyebrow wax, facial wax, and a facial! I loved it! Try ir for yourself, before you turn it down ans go next door!
