I’ve been to this salon many times and while it always feels very “rushed” I’m usually happy with my gel fill / shellac polish. Today was unfortunately the last time I will book again due to a very negative experience. I made an appointment for 1pm but when I arrived, all the nail technicians were busy. Excellent service and great pedicures!
I'm not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I should share it. The service felt extremely rushed from start to finish. Throughout my appointment, the technician was repeatedly scrolling on her phone and texting, which made me feel like my appointment wasn't a priority. To be honest, the work itself felt half-done.
