I'm not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I should share it. The service felt extremely rushed from start to finish. Throughout my appointment, the technician was repeatedly scrolling on her phone and texting, which made me feel like my appointment wasn't a priority. To be honest, the work itself felt half-done. I’ve been living here for two years and started going to Regal Nails. Affordable and enjoyable. Staff is friendly , the location is convenient. Kelly does my nails and her work is exceptional. I highly recommend Regal Nails in Cochrane
I visited Regal Nails in Cochrane today and had a really good experience. The service was fast, efficient, and my nails turned out great. They have a wide and beautiful selection of colors to choose from, which made the process even better. I especially want to mention Ivy — she was incredibly helpful and made sure I was happy with my nails throughout the appointment. Her customer service was excellent and very reassuring.
