Great Staff, Great Work, but not the Owner! What a shame that such wonderful staff and great work can be overshadowed by an owner's complete lack of respect for his customers. Apparently, I made the unfathomable mistake of asking whether I could see ONE nail filed into an almond shape before committing to the rest. I have gotten my nails done at various places and I am usually unhappy with the results. Today I had my nails done here and had them done by a technician named Vickie and I am so impressed. She did my shellac perfect ( I already got 2 compliments). It wasn’t bulky, she filed them evenly and paid attention to detail. There was a colour that I really wanted and although the bottle was just about empty she did her best to get every drop out of the bottle for me. She was very friendly and great to talk to.
