I purchased a 2008 gt from this dealership via Motability. Unfortunately it developed many intermittent problems in the first few weeks of ownership. I took it back to the service department ( March 2024). They plugged it into their computer and said it was fine ( October 2024). The female Manager ( I think) was extremely rude and treated me like an idiot and the staff were generally unhelpful and rude. They drove the car for 7 miles and said it was fine. Got my.car repaired in a couple.of.days
I went into regal motors yesterday to place my order for a 3008gt. The salesman gary malkin was extremely professional and helpful. Every question I asked was answered with detailed knowledge, I was shown all the controls and settings on the instrument panel and again every question was answered. Manners and professionalism were impeccable. Thank you gary, I would definitely recommend regal motors to anyone.
