Rob was great. Very honest, no pressure.
Rob is amazing. spent about an hour with us knowing we weren't able to buy that day (have to clear things with insurance first and be back in a few weeks to pick it up). He was a true consultative salesperson, listening and giving honest feedback instead of trying to push us to some particular model or brand. Had a great experience at Regal Mobility! We went in to explore options for an electric scooter for my wife. After learning more about her disability they gave us some great options and let her try them all out in the store. We were able to find a perfect scooter for her and rode it out right then and there. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices were reasonable. We drove 45 minutes from home after having a bad experience at another store in Orlando and it was worth it. Highly recommend.
