I'm not happy with this group. They deny you the specialist that has worked for you. It's not possible to get in touch with anyone on the phone. This is the worst medical group. Inefficient and hurtful. I never asked for them. Somehow I got them a year ago and they're awful. Useless.
Regal Medical Group is a nightmare. They have very poor communication. They never informed me a specialist I've been seeing isn't in their network. I've tried calling them; it's impossible to get in touch with anyone. It is like nobody is working there. You leave a message & your call is unreturned. This is the worst medical group I have ever dealt with. They're a big joke. They remind me of a scam company. I was happy with Medicare and then this company comes along. They're horrible and useless.
Hands down the best medical experience I have had in twenty years. Professional, attentive, and truly affordable. No hidden costs the price is the price. I had a small conflict with the pharmacy and in one phone call Regal Medical Group resolved the issue on the spot.
