Ditto what the other negative reviewers are saying. WORST, DISHONEST MEDICAL GROUP I have ever encountered. Oh sure you can think they’re great at first (directed to I think the one person who gave a positive review), and when you talk to them and they’re totally gaslighting (lying) you. I see the only people that review are complainers. I would like to say that I have been absolutely thrilled since coming to Regal. They have been so nice, and gone above and beyond when I needed extra help. They automatically made me an appt with my PCP after being discharged from the hospital. I loved this, cause I’m usually not in the mood to do stuff like that when getting out of the hospital. They have gotten me specialized care when needed and didn’t make me jump through hoops. Couldn't even call to go in for first checkup. Phone line on their own web address didn't work. That coupled with their current rating makes my decision to go elsewhere.
