The location is honestly the only reason to consider living in this building. Unfortunately, everything else has steadily declined. The parking gate has been broken on and off for nearly a year and a half. Every time it fails, management sends the same generic email claiming they're "waiting on a custom part from the manufacturer." Property is well-maintained. Very reasonable HOA fees. Building has a decent exercise room, dog run, picnic area and gated parking with some guest parking spaces. Unfortunately not super walkable to Clybourn Junction Metra (about a mile away) though the eastbound 76 bus stops right in front of the building and 2 block walk to the 9 bus on Ashland. Also a nice thing about living here is that one of the maintenance people who is here during the week, depending on the time of your delivery, drops off packages to your front door... read more
