Had pastrami on rye... Dad had the corned beef sandwich. Neat homemade pickles.
Shocked and disappointed at the poor quality of their pastrami - dry and grisly. Instead of nice juicy slices, seemed to be old leftover pieces. For $18, would have expected a lot better quality. Not at all the excellent food I had from there years ago. Won’t be going back or recommending to others. Too bad.
Horrible experience, the food tasted like it was frozen and no flavor whatsoever, I asked for merely extra sauce and was charged for it. I’m surprised this place is in business.
The waitress was friendly and accommodating! The chicken vegetable and split pea soup were delicious! Chicken soup like Mom's, with dill.i really loved my lean tongue on rye! My husband's pastrami was great! Don't forget Cel Ray soda! Fabulous meal! Hit the spot! Better than Bens!
