Absolutely atrocious behaviour. I came in wanting to alter my wedding ring, and the woman asked me why I didn't take it to where I had originally bought it. As if I had gotten it somewhere else. I told her I'd gotten it from here, and she told me no. So she looked through the past transactions and, wouldn't y'know, found it. The best place to get your ring resized!!! My partner and I bought in my engagement ring to be resized and to get my finger sized also, It needed to go down 6 sizes so it was a bigger job, but it was done PERFECTLY!! The ring looks amazing and you can't even tell it was resized! The staff are such lovely people and make you feel very comfortable in store ☺️ I highly recommend you go here for your jewellery needs
