I visited last week for a repair and was assisted by Sunny. The prices were very reasonable. I picked up my necklace today and absolutely loved it! My boyfriend also dropped off another necklace for repair, and the price was just as reasonable. Today, AK helped us, and the service was excellent. We drive all the way from Baltimore because of the wonderful service. Thank you :)
This company is an absolute disgrace and nothing but a scam operation! They sell fake jewelry and blatantly rob people by refusing returns or refunds, even when it’s clear they’re at fault. My little brother was completely taken advantage of and scammed out of his hard-earned money. He was simply trying to buy a thoughtful present for his girlfriend, and these crooks took full advantage of his trust.
