Toilet mechanically needs repair, questionable spots in the in the sheets before getting a call from my step mother, "We are leaving NOW" after getting a bed bugs getting on her face first before auntie spotting lare roaches. So we immediately just reported what was found and just continued our trip to Miami FL. Aside from the disgusting discoveries, at least the customer service was polite and had apologized allowing us to leave with no charge at all. Everyone from the staff, to some of the people that live here are very friendly. Rooms are set up very comfortable with highly recommend.
Nice and clean
Stains on bed, walls, bathroom room wasn't clean. Had a fishy smell in the room. Staff doesn't do anything about the wild kids yelling and running around their facility and people yelling. Internet barely works as well.
