Nice to have gardening and snow removal taken care of by HOA. Quiet, even with ongoing construction. Not a fan of the cluster mailboxes and it reduces the number of times I get the mail each week. Home seems well built and seems to be very smart. I am able to use most of the tech stuff already built into the house, which is impressive.
