The Regal Admin staff and Carers have cared for my Father for many years and have made it possible for him to stay in his home until his recent passing. He could be difficult to deal with, however the staff coped, tolerated and cared for him wonderfully. We thank them VERY VERY much. Our very Best Wishes to them all. The Twivey family.

Regal Home Health. Thank you for this opertunity to express my feelings about the Regal company. Be aware that I have only had about 14 months full-time experience of this company even though my mother Jean Hocking has been receiving the company service for a long time. From what I have noticed over this time shows that your nursing staff (RN,EN) are very competent at their work and should be recognised for that. The two carers who look after my mum are excellent, I could not fault there ability and there professionalism. Rene always goes the extra mile, and always has a smile on her face which puts my mum at ease. Thank you Rene and Nat.

Regal Home Care always looked after my Late Mothers needs, above and beyond. Always providing the very best services and professional individuals as I had personally observed during my frequent visits to Sydney. Hence, I would highly recommended Regal Home Health for anyone that requires the services of such an organisation.

This not régal care, but junk care. Poor customer service on the phone and on customer premises. They allocate care workers ignoring agreed schedule. Personal care worker who came to shower me did a rushed job, and after finishing she rushed away 30min before the agreed one hour leaving behind a wet bathroom. I canceled all appointments with these people.
