I was in a bit of a jam needing new carpet to sell my home. I called Regal Flooring in Oviedo. I was truly amazed at the response and service. Carpet was installed professionally installed in three days. My home closed the following day. Thank you Regal Flooring!
I want to start by saying I don’t leave bad reviews because I feel it is bad Karma, but this one was technically requested by Tim from Regal Flooring. I prefer to just warn people in person if I hear them shopping for a product. It started off well. Tim was easy to schedule for installation and. He said he does a lot of construction business. Our GC hired Regal Flooring of Oviedo to do our tile and hardwood install. We would not recommend this company. They did a good, but expensive job on the tile install, but were using glue on a second story install for hardwood flooring which would have invalidated our warranty. The wood was not grooved properly and the company did not inspect it pre-installation, as they should have. After they tore it out, they billed us a ridiculous amount for their lost time.
