Aj was very insightful and down to earth. The hour went by like minutes while we were talking, he gave good recommendations and excellent service. I’d like to speak again.
Went in as a walkin after going to 5 different optometrist in Orangeville that all had had no doctor on hand was taken in immediately full eye exam and frames picked prescription lenses on order within my price range all in about an hour. The doctor was very informative and explained everything, staff was wonderful very helpful would recommend to anyone to go there
Not overly happy with my experience there, frames very expensive, and the Kate spade ones were a poor quality, they replaced them however without me knowing I was covered therefore I might have choose a more quality pair ..the Rx (lenses ) also were made wrong twice
Dr. Pabla and her team are wonderful. When my optometrist couldn’t see me for an urgent visit, she took me in right away. At other clinics I’ve often felt like I was at a dealership being upsold, but Regal Eye was the complete opposite , they were kind, caring, and truly focused on my needs. Dr. Pabla is compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated. Highly recommend.
