Clean, friendly, great theaters.

It's clean and has nice theaters. Seats are recliners and comfy
Do not come to this theater! They have no security and cameras do not work. My truck was broken into and so was another truck. Waiting on police!! Manager has nothing to say and is no help! Plus the theater seats were dirty! I'll never go there again! Manager admitted upper management refuses to add Security!
The WORST service I have ever had. Never been treated so rude. I was polite even though they were rude. I was making kind small talk, only to be ignored and cold shouldered by all three attendants, continuously. However, when a manager came out to assist us, she was very kind and helpful. After our movie was over one of them was leaving and was road raging in their parking lot behind us. It was crazy and for not reason! We will NEVER go back. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST THEATER IN THE CAPITAL DISTRICT REGION !!! I HAVE BEEN TO EVERY OTHER THEATER WITHIN 100 MILES AWAY, AND NOTHING RIVALS CROSSGATES 18 !!!
I'm a regular here and I don't know what some people expect. It is 2018, soon to be 2019, and a 3D ticket at an about average theater is not going to be $3.50. The concessions are not going to be $3.75 for a large tub of popcorn. It's not going to happen. That said, yes, the service leaves some to be desired, however, most are kids on their first jobs and they shape up soon enough. Unfortunately, that's about the time they leave. Other than the kids, I've never had a problem.
Best theater in the area. The employes are nice and most of the people who go here are cool. It gets packed on the weekends. Boyfriend and I usually go during the week days. There a few good restaurants and bars near by too.
