Let me say it this way: you can get to Regina via #1 in about 40 minutes or go to Regina via Chamberlain in over an hour. This is a Chamberlain company. Thru circumstance I paid first, waited 4 business days for a return call to discuss. They were"busy".. I went to the office. Owner said it was their fault-sorry. $169.24 remained to repair an outdoor light socket. They had to get another socket, resulting in a shop visit. I can tell integrity, sincerity etc. Never again! You?
Stopped in only for a few minutes but the gentleman who helped me was very friendly, professional and helped get what I was looking for.
I barely hung up the phone, and Kenric was at my door… AFTER HOURS!!! He was super skilled.. did all the extras to make my system safe… was completed in minutes!! He took extra steps consulting with Saskpower on my scenario… basically saved the day! Thanks Kenric!
