From my first query through the website to receiving the finished products, everyone was quick to respond and very helpful. The designer suggested coordinating fabrics to go with the main fabric I selected. The samples arrived within a week, even during a major snowstorm. She guided us through measuring and where to place the rod and draperies to hit the floor just right. The finished draperies were carefully and securely packaged and arrived within about 2 weeks of ordering. The fabric and workmanship is top notch.
I've been getting drapes from Regal for years. You get more for your money and the customer service is beyond what I would expect. Jacob has been a great help every step of the way including service after the sale. Highly recommended Regal Drapes.

I’m a second-time customer of Regal Drapes because of the quality workmanship, outstanding customer service and cost. Custom draperies can be budget-breakers but Regal came in at about a third of the estimate I’d gotten from another company. The draperies now are hung and they’re elegant and beautiful!
