We have huge windows and drapes are hard to find. I stumbled across Regal Drapes online. The sales reps were easy to work with, they sent several samples, and helped guide me through every step. I felt so comfortable once I ordered. The drapes arrived beautifully packaged within a week. They were easy to hang (great instructions) and are stunning. I highly recommend!!!
Excellent customer service, fast production and flawless delivery. We didn't have any problems installing the shade and all the necessary parts were delivered with the order. The shade appears well made and looks wonderful in our kitchen window. Very happy with the company.
I did not think it possible to fit drapes by phone. Ben was amazing. He «measured» drapes for two windows and a sliding door perfectly. He was readily available for adjustments and very pleasant to chat with. Importantly, he listened to what I hoped to achieve and got me there.
