I did not think it possible to fit drapes by phone. Ben was amazing. He «measured» drapes for two windows and a sliding door perfectly. He was readily available for adjustments and very pleasant to chat with. Importantly, he listened to what I hoped to achieve and got me there.

i had the best experience with James Levin and Regal drapes! From ordering my fabric samples to measuring ( exactly to the quarter inch!) to the Quality of the workmanship itself. i couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome in my primary bedroom!! Really a first rate company!!!

Buying drapes is daunting. When we first encountered "Regal Drapes" on-line, Ben Ewing contacted us and walked us through the process from start to finish. He is the first on-line consultant who was never pushy; only helpful and knowledgeable, making my wife and I completely comfortable to follow his advice, all the way through purchase. "Made in America" is a bonus. Well Ben, here they are, in all their glory. I’m completely satisfied with the look, and the quality is outstanding. It definitely gives the living room more of a posh feel. I think I like the closed look better when there’s a bit of daylight coming through as it shows off the texture which is exactly what I wanted. Anyway, thanks for all your help. You made this project much easier than I anticipated.
