I took my grandson and his friend (both boys have special needs) to see Toy Story 5 yesterday. The last two 2 Buzz Light Year popcorn buckets I purchased were broken. I believe the managers name was Robert (if not I apologize) reimbursed my money the minute he saw that they were broken without me saying a word, kept apologizing to me and filled the buckets full of popcorn. Our movie started at 7:15pm At 7:25 I had to go get someone to turn the damn lights off! Nobody in the theater could see the screen. The row of chairs we sat in were all broken and everything was visibly dirty and sticky. We won’t be returning.
My preferred theater, as they're smaller and I nearly always get my seat preference. The staff are nice and hardworking.
