Prior to Regal Crest receiving our money, everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. We dealt with several staff members who were truly amazing. Unfortunately, once we received the keys to our home, we noticed an immediate decline in customer service and support. In fact, several items identified during our initial PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) were never addressed. I dealt with the most wonderful , caring, informative individuals which made my purchase better than expected. Within the year I had normal repairs done to my home. We are very happy with our new home!! We've had a great experience with Regal Crest. Any issues we've had were all resolved in a reasonable time frame. Marco and Stefano have been really helpful!!
