We are delighted with the contemporary design and thoughtful layout of our new Regal Crest house. He is knowledgeable, easy to reach, and genuinely committed to ensuring issues are resolved. It’s rare to find such high-quality support after moving in, and I’m very impressed with their dedication to their homeowners.
Prior to Regal Crest receiving our money, everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. We dealt with several staff members who were truly amazing. Unfortunately, once we received the keys to our home, we noticed an immediate decline in customer service and support. In fact, several items identified during our initial PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) were never addressed.
