Would not recommend regal.. rude customer service.. quick to blame everyone else for their workmanship. My farther owned a similar business and he would be mortified with their lack of ownership.Â
Would not recommend this repairer purely based on their communication and customer service skills. Went to pick up my car on the day it was supposed to be ready for pick up and they had not even touch it. No prior correspondence to inform that the car was not ready. Passed the blame on the supplier.Â
Took my car in for repairs, got a quick assessment done and kept me in the loop for all the repairs. Even went out of their way to fix issues that came up after the initial repairs had finished. Highly talented team and amazing admin who makes sure the customer comes first. Highly recommendÂ
