Zero stars! If you use this contractor, which I hope you don't or you might have same issues I did, MANDATE ITEMIZATION OF ALL COSTS! This contractor provided a proposal for 27000, then refused to provide a change order until completion of the project and then gave me a proposal for 68000. He refused, REFUSED, to provide itemization of the costs. I got rid of him and hired another crew.
