***New review (Aug 2024)*** Needed to have our carpet cleaned again (high traffic room) — I remembered we used Regal last year and called them on a Friday morning. Spoke to Jason, said he’d be able to make it out same day! I wasn’t expecting same day, but it was really appreciated. It didn’t take long and the carpet looks great. I really appreciate that Jason is a hard worker and wants his customers to be pleased - which is so refreshing in this day & age! Jason did an awesome job on our couches, got rid of our dog smell and mud stains. Showed up slightly early, was very professional, and communicated to make sure we were still all set for our appointment. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
