Lisa Thorsen, maybe sweet but, is not one to trust. She does not return phone calls in a timely manner, nor does she show for appointments made.September 2017, I had left a dress with her for consignment. It took her over 3 weeks to get me a contract. 1st she said she mailed it. It never came. I made an appointment to pick it up only to arrive at a closed store. I called her, left a message. Lisa is very nice but I was so disappointed at how unorganized this business was. My M.O.H. had to assist because she was so unprepared. And my second visit when I was SUPPOSED to meet with the designer/alteration person, was even worse. I still haven't received a phone call back with pricing for the dress I wanted. I decided to choose another more professional bridal shop.
This bridal wear store is amazing and wonderful I love the service truly it was just so amazing and ms Lisa you are the very best
