Paul is a very efficient repair technician. He has fixed my AC during the last two summers - it's an older model, and where others would have tried to force me to replace it (who has extra money to do that, these days?), he spent the time diagnosing it and finding the correct replacement parts to keep it running... He is honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend using his services.
Paul did an excellent job to install the brand new AC in our house. His price is right, and installation was clean and within the promised time.

UPDATE – In response to the owner's false and abusive reply: The owner has now responded with slander, racial remarks, and even posted my private home address, which violates both Google’s content policy and Canadian privacy law. Let me clarify the facts: I paid him $70 via e-transfer for diagnostic service. He confirmed the part was covered under Lennox warranty and submitted a claim using my furnace’s serial number and home address.
