Regal Homes brought the best of the best to our kitchen remodel and house update. While they are best know for their spectacular large scale luxury homes, our kitchen remodel got every bit of time and attention and expert craftsmanship. They finished on budget and EARLY. We appreciate the professionalism of this team and their attention to detail. They certainly made us feel that our project was as important to them as the big projects they were working on concurrently. We highly recommend Regal Homes.
One of the selling points - features that led us to the purchase of a Regal American Home was the agreement that they would fix (within reason) any minor issues with the home. In the beginning, the company was very responsive and willing to help when they could. After several months and turnover with employees, the communication fell off. I completely understand that based on the transaction being over but there was an agreement in place when we purchased the home that they would be available.
