The folks at Regal Air treated me very well. I was horrified at the previous reviews but now I understand why the discrepancy. Regal Air is under new ownership/management and I found nothing but top notch service, excellent communication and a focus on safety. I booked them to go see some remote real estate in Feb 2022. We had to postpone our trip due to weather and ice conditions but were able to get out the next day.
