I highly Recommend Regain Physical Therapy and especially Dr. Kristen Prohaska. The moment I walked in the door for my initial appointment, Randy greeted me and made me feel at home. When I met with Kristen, she asked about my recent neck surgery and from there she developed an exercise plan to assist in my post op recovery. Over the next several visits, she evaluated my progress and adjusted the plan to ensure added progress. The nicest people to work with. They carefully explain the exercises and don't ask you to do more than you can. It's a wonderful experience. All the staff are welcoming & just plain nice folks. The facility is charming & is super clean. I highly recommend.

They explained the reason for my radiating lower back pain and gave me exercises to help alleviate it. They were very thorough and accommodating.
