Vehicle rego 1PS 6EN pulled up over the kerb onto pedestrian pathway with pedestrians walking on glenferrie rd. Young male passenger side proceeded to yell "yeah what!?" after I had to move from the vehicle. Brazen and not so smart considering all his employment details are printed on the work vehicle. Kind business owner where this occured has offered to provide witness / footage if I consider reporting. Unable to discuss what happened as 1800 number will not connect.
