I just had the most disgusting experience with management over a warranty issue. Brian not only spoke like an unprofessional, misogynistic, arrogant man but THREW keys on the ground for a woman to pick up because he didn't like being questioned after falsely promising work. Absolutely horrified at the encounter. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
