We love Refuse 2 Lose. They are so wonderful and accommodating with all of our questions. They know our kiddo by name and are just endlessly kind and helpful with any questions we have had. Best place around for Martial arts.

Mr. Nick and his staff concentrate on A great children development program Consisting of Mental, physical, moral, Spiritual and and social development. It is a wonderful experience. I would Highly recommend Refuse to Lose Martial Arts.
Everyone is so nice and awesome
My daughter has been attending classes for almost a year. I cannot speak more highly of this program. The teachers know ALL the kids names! Treat each child as an individual and they’re all important. They are respectful to all the kids and the parents. Mr Nick is dedicated and often smiling. My daughter has really enjoyed attending. I love how efficient they are. Start right on time. End right on time. Teach a monthly message to build positive character. It’s been so amazing….. I started attending the adult class!
