Bought a used printer that they said was in like-new condition; instead got a scratched-up, beat-up printer with a broken paper shelf and the printer didn't work. Gave me a refund minus 30% "restocking fee" after I shipped it back at my own expense.
Our experience began buy finding a printer (HP 477) online that we called to purchase in Feb 2022. On calling we were told that they did not have that printer in stock although it said there were 2 available online. We were given another similar option (HP 281) that we agreed on along with ink cartridges. When we first used the printer we were seeing a misalignment of the ink colors which made a blurry look to the prints.
