Y'all just as the lady stated it's a scam. I was charged 1200 for service and my information was leaked. Do not use them or you might be at risk! After I used them someone tried to file my taxes on my behalf. Now I gotta wait 9 weeks for a refund. So she gets on here to reply to my post when others said it was a scam too . Also I replied to an email but I never included my daughter's info only MY w-2 So it's funny these people knew to file daughter too.
If I could give 0 stars I damn sure would. They never answer the phone. And they charge wayyyyyyy to much to do taxes. They are a SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. It’s not even a business it’s a set up to scam people. Worst customer service I’ve EVER dealt with.
My experience at this location was bittersweet. They have great customer service and I received the maximum refund BUT I was charged $1000 for the tax service and $400 for credit repair. I NEVER received my credit repair service and I believe that the whole thing is a scam....
