I arrived late in the day Saturday 05/23/26 with my spare tire on, having sustained a flat tire on I-35, a mere 2 minutes away on opposite side of I-35. Within 4 minutes of check-in, Ramon, an employee came to get me. I was truly shocked by the expediency of his arrival due to how full all the bays were! Refugio’s tire place is the place to go. I’ve been going there for years and never had an issue this last time I went I needed four tires and they are very economical. The mechanic who helped me with my alignment let me know I had an issue with the steering knuckle. The staff is so sweet, kind and very helpful.
They did absolutely amazing!!! Will definitely be back:)
