I had multiple hard times going to the 1st floor for my appointment. Every time, I need to talk to the old lady with pink glasses at the reception to open the glass door. She shown her aggressive and rude attitudes. People come to get treatment because they're not doing okay ; you make people 's morning worse with your disrespectful mouth. Please leave the job. There are plenty of other people looking for your position. I really hope this can be solved soon.
I recently took my mother to an appointment at the Monash Refugee Clinic, scheduled for 11 AM. We parked our car and acquired a parking ticket for the maximum allowable time of one hour. Upon arrival, we were informed that the doctor was running thirty minutes behind schedule, and we had no choice but to wait until 11:30 AM. I am not GP patient but sitting in the waiting room for dental. The first receptionist on the left, curly hair with glasses on was unfriendly, grumpy and possibly having her bad day. So disappointed.
It was good
The reception lady was not listening to what we were saying and kept brushing us off, she showed us no compassion and was incredibly rude.
