I had my first haircut with Melissa yesterday and was so impressed with her skill and outgoing, friendly personality. She took the time to really understand what kind of cut I was looking for and how much shorter I wanted. It was the best haircut I have had in a long time. I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience and have made appointments with Melissa for the rest of the year.

Jenn/jess cannot remember her name for certain but she was the most patient and kind nail tech. I got a basic pedicure and as someone who isn't the most comfortable asking for what I want she was so patient and checked in with me several times to ensure I was comfortable and got what I want. I would love if they offered shellac pedicures as my socks forever ruin regular polish but the service was immaculate with an incredible foot/leg massage.

Where do I even begin?! This place is amazing! The front of the salon is beautifully decorated with antiques, as well as local, one-of-a-kind products to pamper yourself and loved ones. The space is gorgeous and the staff are beyond kind. I was there for a cut and color (time to hide those greys!) and I was interested in trying a new look - maybe embracing my natural curls. I have been going to Refuge for about five months now and Katie is amazing, she listens to what you want and also is super good at suggestions! I am more thank thankful to have found my home salon! Thank you!
