TONI IS AMAZING. I am so particular about who touches my hair, I need someone who has better ideas than me, who knows how to make it look natural and go above and beyond. I'll never see anyone else for hair! Not to mention the space is adorable, you feel right at home and comfortable while you're getting pampered
Wow! I’ve just moved to the area as a retiree and decided to try out many of the services at the Refuge. I was hoping this would become my refuge for the next 30 years so I might remain close to home, and not have to journey into TC for all my salon needs. I’ve been seeing Kerri for a couple of years now, and she’s absolutely amazing! She always nails both my cut and color. Kari really takes the time to listen to what I want, and she makes great suggestions that work perfectly for my hair. On top of being so talented, she’s also just a genuinely kind and fun person to spend time with. I can’t recommend her enough!
